Well, here's a leaked audio of a diversity hire, air traffic controller bigshot offering to give minority FAA job applicants the answers to the air traffic controller exam before taking it:

I've known many intelligent and competent Blacks. Unfortunately, for every one of them, two others would find life difficult without Affirmitive Action/diversity hiring, being given the answers to tests before they take them, government handouts, or smash and grabs.
