My friends, you might be wondering how I'm able come up with so many articles about rabbinic shenanigans. Honestly, I don't come up with them. They come up to me. Just type "rabbi arrested" or "rabbi sex minor" or "rabbi accused", and a treasure trove of information will populate your screen.

I'm convinced I could work on this subject alone eight hours a day for weeks, and still not come to an end. And if it did, it'd start all over again within a few days.

Rabbis have an important role to play in why so many Jews drift into agnosticism. Their pretentiousness, maliciousness, condescension, materialism, deviousness (not forgetting deviancy) would send any halfway decent person fleeing from the synagogue.

Rabbi Cash (the jokes just write themselves) first said he thought he was hooking up with a nineteen year old. Lawyer/Rabbi Daniel Greer gets twenty years in the slammer for raping one of his male teenaged students "hundreds of times". Greer was in his sixties:

An interesting story out of Israel. A prominent Israeli ultra-orthodox cult leader and sex offender who was sent to prison for swindling desperate Jews out of millions of shekels finds himself accused of murder as well:

Another double dipping rabbi, the former Chief Rabbi of Ashkenazi Jews in Israel and award winning author, Yona Metzger, plead guilty to fraud, theft, conspiracy, breach of trust, money laundering and accepting bribes of NIS 10 million ($2.6 million USD). Metzger was sentenced to 4 1/2 years in an Israeli rabbi reformatory:

And if that wasn't enough to make you clutch your pearls, a few years after being released from prison,the dear fellow was arrested again - this time for "taking indecent liberties with a teenaged boy. Metzger has found himself in trouble for taking indecent liberties with a number of other lads too. In 2003 accusations surfaced that he'd gotten handsy with a some boychiks, although that investigation eventually stalled out.

Finally, in another strange turn of events in England, Naturei Karta Rabbi Jacob Weiss was arrested for inciting... anti-Semitism! Welcome to today's UK, my friends - where pro-Palestinian and anti-Palestinian protestors get hauled off to the same jail in the same paddy wagon:
