IMHO, Putin isn’t taking the slow road in Ukraine due to Russian incompetence - though that can’t be taken off the table yet - but rather from long range plans he holds. Plans he holds very close to his vest.
Expediting NATO’s and the EU’s self-demolition, not defeating Ukraine, is probably his main focus at this point in time. That makes sense and would explain certain anomalies in his approach to war: like leaving crucial infrastructures in Ukraine untouched.
But let's take things further: We can’t deny the possibility that *Putin too* is in bed with the Jews. He sure seems to like Jewish sing-a-longs (just like our own crooks) to a troubling degree:

Such a scenario might explain his strangely slo-mo war. With Jews behind the scenes frantically working to get all their ducks in a line before pulling the plug on the Western shekelocracies. Then transporting the plunder to Russia. Then skedaddling off to well prepared bunkers:

Temporarily of course because Jews really DO want to rule the World. All of it. Even if it's glowing green.
Something like this - economically wrecking Europa - whilst simultaneously luring Russia into a honey trap of sweet, sweet shekels (the better to destroy them too in their turn) would take some time to organize.
Not to forget Jewry's ancient dream of eradicating pesky Christianity from the planet. Which of course is their REAL endgame.
The thought of all that judenpapier flooding from the EU into Russia would certainly be appealing. Russia is at war after all. But an irresistable appeal? Well, Jews are pre-eminent at crafting appealing deals.
So perhaps a two-fer is taking shape as we look on: NATO/EU/the Western World to be poleaxed economically by Jewry... and their shabbos goyim in the Western capitals... then poleaxed militarily by their shabbos goyim in Jew financed Russia.
What a Jew scheme that would be! But it's a scheme that would take them some time to realize. Well, Putin is obviously in no hurry to conclude the war.
So, would he actually get onboard with the Jews to get rid of the existential threat NATO poses to Russia? You be the judge.

Granted though that this video does not venture into Izy's Talipot program & how Izy has back-door into every person's Intel-processor-based device [ secret processor within the known processor ; It uses a version of Linux called Minix,- even though the device may be using Windows operating system. ; And, I seem to re-call that Intel-Management-Engine is probably a separate option for Izy to remotely access ur device -- & I reckon every ADM-processor-based device also -- of at least some 7 years say;
