How the Mighty Have Fallen

https://www.simchafisher.com/2023/11/21/voris-out-after-violating-morality-clause-niles-quits-pair-ask-for-privacy/

This is big news in American Catholic circles.

Church Militant founder and president Michael Voris has resigned for "breaching CM's morality clause".... It must have been quite a breach for them to demand Voris' resignation.

CM, for those of you who don't know, is a strange cult of Catholic malcontents; and Voris and his one-time sidekick, now adversary, Christine Niles, were an odd couple: a "recovering" homosexual and an embittered divorcee... heading up a putatively Catholic media mini-empire. Now, Voris is out and Niles is trying hard to position herself as the heroine of the affair:

CM has a habit of making unsubstantiated, malicious, logically inconsistent claims against those whom they have an axe to grind. Which is pretty much everyone else in Catholicism. Michael Matt and Chris Ferrara made a video some years back about Voris' strange volte-face against them. One day he was fine and all was well. Then, virtually overnight, he began sliming them at CM.

I was banned at their website for defending the Society of Saint Pius X against CM's charges, though I never cursed or threatened anyone. I'm neither for or against the SSPX but CM's petty and malicious accusations demanded a reply. That and modernist posters there are allowed to freely spew their nonsense, whilst apparently sincere, Traditional Catholics noticed how their comments were getting cast into outer darkness. Niles certainly kept a vigilant eye on the comments section.

To say that CM is "far right", as most of the media is calling them, is deceptive. They're not. They are "sometimes right". Some they've slimed deserved it. Others didn't. But CM doesn't care. Theirs is a kind of pornography you see a lot of in the celebrity Catholic sphere: petty potentates imagining themselves forces to be reckoned with; absorbed in petty squabbles with other "conservative" Catholics and enflaming the passions of their audience to no fruitful end.

Now, Voris has admitted to certain undefined "failings" and is going off on a retreat, "to heal the ugliness within", and is asking for our prayers. Perhaps, a la Father Corapi he'll rebrand himself and try to bounce back under a new name. Niles for her part will almost certainly start making the rounds of Catholic podcasts... portraying herself as a victim.

In any event my friends, rest assured Voris' indiscretions will soon go public.

E. Michael Jones' take on Voris is worth a listen: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HuZCt4SAcNM&pp=ygUgTWljaGFlbCB2b3JpcyBhbmQgdGhlIGdheSB2b3J0ZXg%3D

Unknown technical obstacle -- monkey-biz sabotage again to ur site ? -- is stopping me commenting within comments-section of ur most recent article;
And so, ipso facto, I herein post comment within this ur penultimate article's comment-section.

Aposthic Catholic Harry Vox -- the great Harry Vox -- is carrying the necessary Catholic battton of "doing good" ( not enough to only have faith ) versus the Children of Satan ;

He does have a charism too.

Harry Vox is correct that Trump -- frequent self-declaring "Father-of-the Covid-Vax" ( & Tr-a-mp knowing from the start that it a Murdering Jew-Jab ) -- is our Enemy ;

Well, thanks or trying anyway. They're monkeying with my view count too. I was averaging 700-900 views daily in Sept. That went down almost overnight in October to 50-100. They also killed mu subscriber list. Even after making it impossible to subscribe. LOL!
