Are the Feds screwing with our heads?

It's become a phenomenon over the past two months: on air TV personalities who start out speaking perfectly good english and then suddenly descend into streams of confused babble... all while the cameras are rolling. Sarah Carlson, Serena Branson, Mark McAllister and now Judge Judy Sheindlin have had these bizarre episodes. Judge Judy was immediately taken to a hospital and is recovering. The tv hosts complained afterwards of feeling ill with migraine like symptoms. "Pokemon" seizures? New television technology? Or is the US government experimenting with microwaves as a mind control weapon again?
